Delivery
Australia Wide Delivery
GOSH Online charges a flat rate of
$8.50 Australia wide delivery, even if you order
multiple items. We know how exciting it can be to receive
your new purchases so we aim to get your goods out to you within 2-7
working days of your order date. Orders will be delivered either by
Fastways Courier or Express Post dependent on your location. Please
provide a daytime address where someone will be present to receive
the delivery. If there is no one present at the time of
delivery, a card will be left telling you that the delivery was
attempted. You will then need to call the number on the card to
rearrange a delivery time or pickup from your local post
office.
International
Delivery
International Delivery is available by Airmail or Express
Courier International to the following regions:

Returns /
Exchanges
You may
return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its
original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition. We aim to provide
you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be
satisfied with your purchase.
If you would like to return or
exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible indicating
your intention to exchange/refund and the reason for the return to
sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au.
You must do this within
7 days of the date of delivery of your item. You will then need to send
the item back to us. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will
then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping
cost. For exchanges, we will resend the new item for free without
any additional charges. Please remember to include a note stating
the original order details and your contact
information!
Please note that any returned items that have
been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or
refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for
only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping
costs unless the item was faulty or not as
ordered.

This

governing use of this website.

We make
every effort to represent as accurately as possible the colours,
styles and fits of our products. Some
colours may appear slightly differently due to lighting or technical
settings on your computer although every care has been taken to give
an accurate portrayal of the garment. If you do
notice a mistake on the website, please let us know by contacting us

and we will attempt to correct it where
possible.
