Ordering online is very easy and secure at GOSH and with a few clicks here and there, you will have your order delivered directly to your home within a few days! It will feel like Christmas every time! You then have the convenience of trying on your purchases in the comfort of your home with matching shoes, jewellery, handbags and so on. If the item does not fit or is not as you expected, you can return it back to us for a refund, exchange or credit, no strings attached. We even allow refunds and exchanges on Sale items which is not offered by many websites. There is nothing to lose and it’s fun and easy! We don’t think twice about buying other things online like plane tickets, makeup and international accommodation so why think twice about everyday clothing? Here are some FAQ’s to help make shopping online easier! FAQ’SWhat if the item doesn’t fit?You can return it back to us for an exchange, refund or credit note. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au and let us know you will be returning your item. Can I get a refund on my purchase?Yes. If you return the purchase in its original, unworn and undamaged condition we can offer you a refund. What are the Payment options?You can pay by Credit Card, Direct Deposit and by Money Order. These options will be presented to you when you checkout. How does a credit note work?We will give you a voucher code that can be redeemed when you next shop online Do you sell Gift Vouchers?Yes! We can offer Gift Vouchers for any amount starting from $50 - $1000. You can purchase one by emailing us at sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au. Once the voucher is purchased, we will then send the recipient of the voucher an email notification and/or a pretty pink voucher in the post. Do you have a size chart?You will be able to find size charts for most of our labels on the website and there will be sizing recommendations in the product description. How long does delivery take?We state on our website that delivery takes 2-7 working days. Often it will only take 1-3 working days to reach metropolitan areas and 3-5 working days to reach country areas. If you have an urgent delivery, special requests can be made for you so please email us at sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au
Do you deliver to Po Boxes?Yes. We use a combination of courier services and Australia Post.
Can you deliver the next day?In most cases we can deliver the next day. This may incur an additional cost. Please email us at sales@goshcelebrityfashion.com.au if you would like to arrange next day delivery.
Do you deliver overseas?Yes. We offer international delivery but please note that some countries may charge taxes on arrival that are payable by the recipient. These are out of our control.
